There were some feedbacks from the users that they’re unable to get expected result from our report server.
The cure for this problem should be easy.
This case happen when the parameter is in date format.
Most probably the problem is because the regional settings on user’s PC is not match with the date format expected by the report server.

Update it to be match with the server settings should make the job done.
